Shipping and Returns
All items on this website are available from our own stock. We try to keep shipping charges as low as possible. The charges are calculated based weight and size and are charged at actual cost of postage plus packaging and handling.
Total shipping charge is calculated and displayed prior to order confirmation and payment. You can click on our shipping estimator from your shopping cart at any stage to see shipping charges.
Anticipated delivery periods are as follows:
UK FREE Shipping: 5 to 7 working days
Special Delivery : next working day before 1.00
UK Standard: 2 to 5 working days
Europe: 5 to 8 working days
USA and Canada: 8 to 12 working days
Rest of World: 10 to 15 working days
Note - Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £20 To qualify for FREE UK Shipping the total value of goods ordered must be greater than £20 excluding any delivery charges.
Free shipping applies to UK delivery addresses only.
Special Delivery Orders MUST be placed before 3pm. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the following working day by Special Delivery. Special Delivery Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. ( No Saturday delivery ). Working days are Mon- Friday.
These shipping times are intended as a guide only. Actual delivery times will be dependent upon the country of destination, national holidays and time of the year (e.g. Christmas). All international orders are shipped by Air Mail (Royal Mail) and are packaged appropriately.
